Your motors, our technology.

We can use your traditional motor’s frame and remanufacture it with our system. This process will help reduce waste, improve efficiency, and save money.

Depending on the condition, type, and size of your traditional motor, the turnaround time varies, but there are a few things you can do to make the process go quicker.

Each quote is customized to fit your motor. Let your customer service representative know:

  • What is the application in which the motor is used?
  • What is the motor driving?
  • What is the environment of the motor? (i.e. temperature, clean area, dusty, humid, wash down, harsh, hazardous)
  • What outcomes do you want from converting to a Maxeff motor?

We will also need a photo of the motor nameplate.

The more information you provide, the more accurate your quote will be and the quicker we can complete your remanufacture project.

Once we receive your motor, we will strip it down and inspect it. One of our engineers will check that the motor frame, stator, and core are in good condition and can be reworked. Your representative will then be able to provide you with the most accurate quote.

Once we receive the go-ahead, we will balance the engine and check the bearings before installing our technology.

When your new motor is installed, we update the look with all new windings and copper before dipping, baking, and painting it.

Each motor is covered by a 2-year (24-month) limited warranty, covering all windings, bearing, capacitors, and capacitor enclosures. For more information or questions, contact our team.
